Morgana West
Executive Director
After several years of social care work, Morgana moved to Glastonbury in 1999. Since then, with a very strong desire to serve the community, she has envisioned, initiated and delivered several community-focussed spiritual projects.
Working with Elisabeth Tham and others, she co-founded the Glastonbury Pilgrim Reception Centre, and later, co-founded Glaston Centre Ltd. In 2017, she played a key role, on behalf of Glaston Centre, by working with the Town Council and the Tourist Information Centre to set up Glastonbury Information Centre: a place where the three organisations could work together and deliver full and comprehensive services to Glastonbury’s residents, pilgrims and visitors.
She continues to develop a cohesive and mutual working environment within all aspects of Glaston Centre Ltd. She regularly supervises students on placement, supports research projects, visitors to Glastonbury and oversees the management of the Glastonbury Information Centre Pilgrim Reception Team, where she initiates new ideas and practices.
